BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY HOMESERVICES FLORIDA NETWORK REALTY WELCOMES MARIO RUIZ-BALSA

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Mario Ruiz-Balsa to the Beaches/Intracoastal West and Southside office.

Mario joins Florida Network Realty as a Realtor with over twenty years of experience in the real estate field, having been licensed for the first time in the state of Florida back in 1996. Mario has a proven track record of successfully working with both the resale and new home construction environments, representing buyers and sellers alike.

One of Mario’s advantages that he has a Realtor is that Mario is also a former Mortgage Broker, and therefore has a firm understanding of all the details of financing a home purchase. He worked for major lenders like Washington Mutual, often as a Preferred Lender, facilitating loans primarily for families purchasing new homes directly from builders and land developers.

Years later, during the market decline, Mario was instrumental in instructing homeowners on how to keep their homes; he organized free seminars for the public to teach the direct application of Bankruptcies, Short-Sale, Deed in Lieu, Foreclosure Defense, Mortgage Modifications and many other strategies. He worked directly with several non-profit organizations and major law firms in Orlando to detain foreclosures and to keep homeowners in their houses – an agent who strongly advocated to introduce new legislation in Florida to protect homeowners from future deficiency judgments.

Mario is also well versed on all Income Tax matters, as a former Internal Revenue Enrolled Agent, he truly understands the direct impact the taxation code has in our lives, such as the application of your Personal or Corporate income tax in the sale or purchase of a home.

Born and raised in Cuba, Mario migrated shortly after he finished school and obtained a degree in Telecommunications and Data Systems. It’s been said that buying a house is the single biggest item you’ll purchase in your life and that buying a home can be the hardest thing you’ll ever do. Mario strongly believes that this process should be simple and be the “most gratifying moment,” and he wants to be there with you when you do make this “biggest purchase.”

“Mario’s experience working on all sides of the real estate marketplace will surely put all of his clients at ease. No matter their situation, Mario has experience that he can share to make the process comfortable and easy for his clients. I’m excited to welcome Mario to Florida Network Realty,” shares Don Cline, Assistant General Manager and Broker/Manager of the Beaches/Intracoastal West and Southside office.

For more information, Mario Ruiz-Balsa can be reached by phone at 407.300.0013 or at Mario.Ruiz-Balsa@FloridaNetworkRealty.com and website: MRuiz-Balsa.FloridaNetworkRealty.com. BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY HOMESERVICES FLORIDA NETWORK REALTY WELCOMES TRACY HODGES

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is pleased to welcome Tracy Hodges to the Metropolitan office with locations in Avondale and San Marco.

Ms. Hodges has been a successful local business owner for over twenty years and has now set her sights on a second career as a Realtor in Northeast Florida. Tracy was fortunate to discover her passion for cosmetology over thirty years ago. As the owner of two thriving salons, she realized that her passion ran deeper than just cutting, coloring, and styling hair. Tracy’s ability to serve her customer and her desire to serve them at a high level is what fuels her passion and has made her successful.

Tracy believes that “taking it personal” is a lost art, and is most often looked down upon, but that it’s her true key to success. Tracy stated, “I believe that ‘taking it personal’ is what it takes to bring my clients from contract to close. I understand that no individual, couple or family share exactly the same real estate needs. My goal is to understand the uniqueness of each customer’s needs. ‘I take it personally.’”

Tracy also believes it is her personal responsibility to assist buyers with the necessary tools to make the best investment to meet their individual needs and to honor the sellers’ investment by learning what is important to them in the sale other than the highest return possible. The day Tracy made peace with her limitations, imperfections, and mistakes was the day she realized that only what she believed about herself determined how successful she could become.

Tracy is the mother to two amazing sons, 19 and 22. Having them and knowing that they are proud to call her mom has been the most rewarding thing in her life; teaching them personal responsibility and accountability has made her realize she can do anything. When not working, Tracy loves traveling, exploring the world, running, and playing tennis. Last year she visited Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Cuba, Aruba, St. Martin, and plans to visit Egypt this year. Traveling has taught her an appreciation for people, and how to see value in everyone. Tracy has also run nine full marathons and enjoys playing tennis several times a week.

“Tracy’s passion for helping others is evident from the first time you meet her. With all of her past success in business, I am confident that she will knock it out of the park as a Realtor. I am excited to welcome her to the San Marco office,” shares Josh Cohen, Broker/Manager of the Metropolitan office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty with locations in Avondale and San Marco.

For more information, Tracy can be reached by phone at 904.568.5595 or at Tracy.Hodges@FloridaNetworkRealty.com and website: THodges.FloridaNetworkRealty.com. The Metropolitan offices in Avondale and San Marco are located at 3627 St. Johns Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32205 and 1983 San Marco Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32207.

As a Realtor, Kim knows that her experience and knowledge with customer service and – perhaps more importantly – problem-solving, will serve her well in her career as a Realtor. When asked why she joined Florida Network Realty, Kim states, “I love working with people to help them figure out what their goals are, and how I can help them meet those goals. At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, you can immediately tell how much their care for their clients. Their commitment to their clients’ satisfaction is evident from when you walk in the door, and their professional level of service made me confident that starting my career as a Realtor with them was the correct decision.”
